At Life Fitness This, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at Contact Us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company β€” it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
