Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over a qualifying amount. Please check the checkout page for current free shipping thresholds and promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside of our standard shipping zones, please contact us to discuss available options.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If the issue is unresolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Life Fitness This is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item(s) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
